Abstract:
This study aimed to analyze the impact of the human resource empowerment strategy on achieving competitive advantage, applied to Asia Cell Telecommunications Company. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach, collecting data through a review of literature and previous studies, in addition to analyzing the company's actual practices in the field of empowerment. The study focused on the dimensions of human resource empowerment: delegating authority, providing information, autonomy in decision-making, and intensive training. Competitive advantage was measured through indicators: innovation, quality, speed of response, and cost reduction. The results showed a strong, positive, and statistically significant impact of the human resource empowerment strategy on achieving competitive advantage at Asia Cell. The study also revealed that empowerment contributed to enhancing the company's ability to innovate in its services, improving the quality of technical support, and increasing the speed of response to customer complaints and needs, thereby providing it with a sustainable competitive advantage. The study recommended adopting an empowerment culture as a core strategy, providing incentive systems that support autonomy and creativity, and continuously investing in employee skill development to keep pace with technological and market changes.
