Abstract: This research examines the impact of public administration practices on organizational performance, focusing on the four core administrative functions: planning, organizing, directing, and controlling. The study addresses the persistent gap between theoretical planning and actual administrative application, which often leads to weak overall performance and threatens organizational sustainability. Through a comprehensive review of classical and contemporary administrative literature, the research analyzes how strategic planning contributes to vision clarity, how organizational structure affects workflow fluidity, and how administrative control limits internal deviations. The findings demonstrate that the integration of administrative functions is essential for achieving efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity. Moreover, the study highlights the critical role of modern principles such as centralization versus decentralization, span of control, unity of command, and the influence of environmental factors on organizational success. The research concludes that public administration is not merely a procedural framework but the strategic driver of institutional excellence, and that organizations must embrace flexibility, digital transformation, governance, and transparency to ensure long-term competitiveness and survival in rapidly changing environments. |
